How can I change my 3 month program to 1 hr instead of 1/2 hour and how can i change the weight loss goal?
I'm sorry to say that there isn't a way to customize an existing program calendar; however, here's a simple way to go around this restriction: Go to our Discover/Library section of the site. You can find the link along the top of your workouts homepage. From here you have access to our entire library of video workouts. You'll miss out on your regularly scheduled program's assigned workout for the day, but you'll at least be able to play the workout of your choice by length of time.
As for changing your weight loss goal, you can change/update your profile by logging in on the web and going here: https://dailyburn.com/profile...
