How did everyone do on Ignite?
I made it through Ignite and lost 18 pounds! I exercised 7 days a week for an hour and a half and never lost weight. When I changed the way I ate, it fell off! Exercise helps, but the diet is key!
I'm on Day 15 and have lost 8 lbs! I feel amazingly better and am receiving compliments on how fit I look and how much better my skin looks. I still have at least 35 more lbs to go but this is a nice start and I have to see I plan on following the program pretty closely. It's just not worth it to go back to all the sugar and crap again!
