How do I build up to push- ups on my toes?

Congrats on sticking with it for that long. I can say my wife had to work through the same thing. First, they are not easy, let alone a whole bunch of them. My experience is... just start. Start with one and keep at it. Keep really good form too. Meaning train yourself to do them right from the get go. I'm sure you've heard many say ten bad ones is still worse than one good one. So just straighten your legs and go. If you're not able to do one, then start in a plank and lower to the ground slowly (these are called negatives). Get used to holding yourself in plank and focus on keeping your abs tight. (Hips tucked under). Keep trying and pushing. If you're in for 30 days on daily burn you have the mental fortitude to do it!

I'm in exactly the same place. Been doing DB for 3 months and can finally do 30 pushups on my knees. I'm going to try doing the negatives that the other poster mentioned. Keep up the great work!

Weightlifting. If you go to a gym, try adding bench press into your weekly plan. Don't go light. Pick out what you think you can lift and then add 5 pounds. Work up to 3 sets of 12, when you can do that, then go up 5 pounds. If you don't have a gym membership, maybe invest in some tubing or some adjustable dumbbells like power blocks. They are well worth it.
