How do I build up to push- ups on my toes?
I have been working out with Daily Burn for 3 months. In that time, I have definitely seen changes in my weight and strength (for the better). I can now do 30 push ups on my knees in the 1 minute challenge, but I still cannot do push ups on my toes. How do I work up to that?by: mwoolf1
