How do I get my heart rate monitor to synch with my ipad?

  • I have wet the areas where they needed to be wet, check the battery, turned the blue tooth function on my ipad, ensured that I have an up to day operating system. (IOS 7.1), ensured that there is NO on or off button that I need to push. I am out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks!

To connect to your iPhone/iPad, first make sure that your bluetooth is on for either your iPhone or iPad. Have your monitor strapped on, as well as, a DailyBurn workout ready to push play on, on either your Computer, Roku player or Apple TV. Once both your monitor is on and your workout is ready to play, go to the app on your iOS device and push 'scan'.

If your monitor is still not reading, it is because your monitor is in "sleep mode" and you will need to wake it up by running in place or some type of activity to get your heart rate up a bit.

monitors can only wirelessly connect to DailyBurn’s iOS app. On iOS, the monitor is only compatible with iPad 3 and up or iPhone 4S devices or later. check out: http://dailyburn.com/devices/.... for more info.
