How do I know if the program I'm on is too challenging for me?
I'm on the TBT Program. I select intermediate when I first signed up because i've worked out in the past. But I haven't been active in over a year. I found it really challenging to get thru TBT 1. To the point of not continuing. It was even more challenging on day 2, when my muscles where tired from the day before. Should I keep at it until I build my stamina or should I come down to a beginner level program until I work up my stamina. It's a bit discouraging when you can't get thru the routine,by: garymontalvo
