How do I track my workout stats? Like # of pushups and heart rate comparison?
My information just seems to go away. If I can't compare it with other workouts, it seems rather meaningless.by: caraB
Do you mean your Daily Challenges? I'd like to know this, too! At the end it compares against the "average" of other people, but does not compare to your previous results! I've started keeping a notebook in order to keep track.
