How do I watch more than one video in a day?
I would love to add a cardio workout onto a strength training workout. I can pull another video up, but there is no "Start Workout" overlay.by: seeEricaRun
It looks like there may be some bug on the site at the moment. I just checked it out and I'm also not seeing a "Start Workout" overlay. Not usual, so hope it gets fixed soon.
Just click the button in the upper right says "More Workouts." If you do this after your first video of the day it will say something like "Still a little fuel left in the tank." Click that and you will see 4 alternate videos as well as 8 to 10 of your most recent videos. You can click anything you see and do them any time you want to work out. Lately I've been breezing through the videos here and I've been doing 3 to 4 videos each time I work out. I usually do a nice long cardio or core workout Like Tabata Transformation, then a couple of those nice 10 minute long ones, my favorite is 5/10 in 9, then I follow up with a cool down like Mobility Yoga. Works out awesome for me.
