I love balance. It's the perfect 'balance' (no pun intended) between staying true to eating healthy and also cheating a little bit. I can't imagine doing Ignite forever, but I understand why it's important to eat healthy--this is a perfect framework for that mindset.

So far, so good. I'm new into DailyBurn and Ignite, but I'm already feeling great. My energy level was low at first and I craved every piece of junk food under the sun, but that has gone away. I'm feeling great and actually looking great too. ok ok, well not looking great yet, but I can tell I'll be there soon with this diet.

I lost 11 pounds on Ignite, but found it difficult and had to Reignite a couple of times. I'm very excited to switch to Balance -- I think that Ignite was helpful for breaking bad habits, but Balance seems less draconian and easier to sustain.

I didn't lose a single pound on ignite. I did inferno at the same time, so definitely am seeing some changes, but am really disappointed in ignite. I was ravenous all the time, my cravings never went away, just got worse. I don't really know what to do about losing weight. I feel like I've tried everything and none of it works.

Are you making sure that you don't eat too little or too much? I've lost 10 pounds my first two weeks but then my results plateaued and past two weeks haven't lost anything. I did Ignite and TBT at the same time.

Ignite was super tough for at first. It was a very big lifestyle change. However, I actually made it through the 21 days without cheating! Yay! I have been really enjoying my diet, and I impressed myself with my willpower. Now that I am on the balance stage, I have decided to continue with it the strict ignite stage during the week, but allow myself to use my cheat points only on friday and saturday nights. That way I don't have to keep up with points or get tempted on weekdays. But I still get to allow myself to catch a couple of beers with friends and eat a burger with my husband on the weekend. In the month I've been using the daily burn, I have lost weight, seen dramatic changes in my body, and feel healthier and happier.

Its fine, but there's whole categories of food that are not mentioned on how to track... Ex: I had jambalaya with sausage in it... I was not going to just pick out the sausage and not eat it (it was at a friend's house and I'm not going to be insulting). Same goes for any fruit or vegetable not on the ignite list. I'd really like to see the team that is expanding this program to widen the information for Balance.

I just changed over from the Ignite to Balance stage. Since it was a weekend I was able to enjoy some of my missed foods while out at the movies with friends. I have to admit I have been really looking forward to having some cheese back in my life.

I did lose 7 lbs during the Ignite phase and combined with my DailyBurn workout program (Cardio Sculpt) I'm feeling pretty good. I think I'll save my points for weekends or special occasions. My boss buys the office lunch once a week and I have to say I'm looking forward to having a more choices.

I feel like I'm much more educated about making healthy food choices. It's much easier to shop and cook healthy as well. I mostly stick to Trader Joe's. During Ignite you have to read all the labels and be very conscious what you put in your mouth which is a big change for most people. Been on balance for two weeks now and I like the flexibility to enjoy the evil 6 on weekends with friends and family. I do agree that DailyBurn should step up their guidance past the ignite phase so you can achieve the results that you want.
