How do you change the current day's workout?
I started the DB program, but had to miss a couple of days because of travel. It currently shows me on Day 5, but I'm really only on Day 3. Is there a way to update the calendar? Thanks!by: qualtalk
This probably isn't the best answer, but I did the same thing during my workout calendar, missed a day here and there. The only thing I was able to do was to just click back to the day I missed each time I was ready to workout. Annoying I know, but I'm not sure there's another way.
