How do you choose a kettlebell weight for DBK?
I'm really interested in starting the DBK program but need to purchase a kettle bell. What are your suggestions on how to choose the proper weight for the program? Should I get a heavy, medium, or light weight?by: melissacureton
I'd start with a lighter weight that is challenging but not too heavy. You might have to buy another heavier weight as you improve, but i have found as the workout goes on, fatigue prevents me from using heavier weights.
