How do you determine servings for Balance?
I love dailyburn. I have completed Ignite and have been regularly doing my exercises. I have lost 11 pounds doing both. My one huge issue is transitioning to Balance. How do we determine servings with foods that have a mix, a dollop or dash of the "Evil 6"????by: ayanna817
We'd recommend just being honest with yourself. For example, a slice of pizza would be 2 points for dairy and gluten, but a whole pie would be more.
