How exactly does IntelliBurn work?

  • How does it know how much you've burned and how much you should be burning? When I first signed up for DailyBurn and filled out the survey, it asked generally what my goals were, to which I answered 'weight loss', but it never asked how much or how long I want to achieve my goal in.

    Hi blueberryhaiku,

DailyBurn calculates the calories that you have burned based on the exercise intensity and your current body statistics, including age, gender, and weight. It's not really about how much you should be burning in one session, but rather getting you to consistently workout for the rest of your life. To burn more calories, all you have to do is increase the intensity during the workouts. Let me know if you need additional info!
