How long do I have to wait to workout after eating?

    I usually wait at least a half hour after a significant meal to work out, otherwise it's uncomfortable. If I haven't eaten in a couple of hours, I'll grab a small snack right before (so I don't crash). I'm sure there's some room for optimization and body hacking here, but I think if you do what's comfortable for you you'll be fine.
