How to effectively tone inner thighs?

  • I've been working out 7 days a week for months, and have lost lbs. and gained a lot of tone...everywhere but my inner thighs! This is my biggest 'trouble zone' and its driving me insane. I seem to lose fat and gain tone everywhere but there. Any suggestions for really effective inner thigh exercises? Don't care how hard they are, I'll do them! Thanks!

    The first thing that comes to mind is a squat in which your legs are opened more than shoulder-width apart and your toes are pointed out at 2 o'clock and 10 o'clock. I also remember way back when doing leg raises for the inner thigh like in this video:
