How to sweeten my tea

    This is hard. I make my tea weaker and or I use herbal teas that have a natural sweetness to them. I have used Good Earth as it has a sweetness to it. But the best for me for black tea is not as strong, then I don't feel the need to sweeten it. Good Luck

    I use Truvia and raw honey to sweeten my tea. I really like Truvia because it doesn't "sink" to the bottom of my cup like normal sugar. So I have sweetness with every sip! :)

      I agree. Stevia and truvia are great options.

    Raw honey, if you must sweeten your tea. Raw honey is an immune system booster and also has heigh antioxidant levels.
    Like Firay, I also drink my tea black, but tend to pick the sweeter herbal blends.
