I am looking for a no-bake bar for a snack or something that is easy to prepare and cook. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you thought about making your own protein bars? Mostof them don't require baking. Try proteinpow.com...she has great recipes.

I've heard great things about the Coconut Cream Protein Bars (http://dailyburn.com/recipes/...). There's also other great options available in the Recipes section - http://dailyburn.com/recipes/....

Hello! I don't know how much protein you would like your bars to have, but my family makes homemade granola bars. We mix 100% whole oats, raw almonds, coconut oil, sunflower seeds, chopped apples, flax seeds and a bit of water in a glass bowl. Then, we place it on parchment paper (on top of a cookie sheet) in one 1/4 inch "slab". It cooks for about 30 min. on 325 degrees. Once it cools, we cut it into "bars". It's delicious, whole, good protein and minimal prep. -- I'm sure this recipe would work well with protein powder mixed in.
