I was on Jenny Craig before I started Ignite. there is nothing, and I do quite literally mean nothing, that you can eat on the Jenny Craig program that is compatible with Ignite. I'm pretty sure you'll find the same thing with their food. I've been on ignite for 2 weeks now, (had to start again though, had some wine on Saturday), and I have to say that I feel great and my energy level has dramatically increased. While you finish your second box of Nutri Sytem why do you take the time to check out Ignite and see what you think. It's cheaper than Nutri System and you'll feel and look a whole lot better for it.

I agree. Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem are not the most nutritious or healthiest food options. In Ignite, you can eat real, nutritious food, and your body will thank you for it :)

The benefit of Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig is that your food is portioned and you don't have to put a lot of time into meal preparation. Ignite requires you to pre-plan your meals, shop for foods you may have to search for, and cooking. It is worth it and your body will thank you!
