I can stand fish or sea food does anyone have any replacement foods.

    while there are not many alternatives that I know of, what is abundant in seafood is Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids can be found in many types of seafood and it can be consumed in pill form with your meals for the benefits it is known for. Other foods that are high in omega-3 is:
    -Chia seeds
    -Whole walnuts
    -Walnut oil
    -Canola oil
