I didn't follow ignite
But I lost five pounds in 1 week!
I modified the ignite program. I could not go w/o dairy. However, I did limit my carbs. Most days I had oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, for lunch I had a chicken-salad and for dinner I would have a shake.by: Kjar2490
Awesome! There's no one right way to follow Ignite......since Ignite first started, we've had users make small modifications to the plan in order to better suit their needs and still have great success. Keep up the good work!
