I don't work out on the weekends. Is there any way to make your calendar aware of that ?
I still want to do the full sequence but I don't workout over the weekends due to scheduling issues. Any ideas?by: TheDeep1985
It depends on what program you're currently enrolled in. Some programs don't progress until you do the next scheduled workout, whereas others are designed to be completed in a certain number of days, so automatically progress assuming the workouts are being done on those days. For these programs, you can't skip any days or else calendar will still progress. You can always feel free to catch up on the missed workouts using the Discover feature, or by restarting the program if you're still towards the start.
