I eat very little meat, would it be ok to eat more legumes, to replace it? If not what should I replace it with?

    I'm not a fan of tofu, but I try to avoid as much soy as possible. Have you thought about cottage cheese or greek yogurt, those are pretty healthy alternatives for extra protein boosts.
