I have a suggestion for a challenge.
I just to be be addicted to diet coke too. I managed to quit by allowing myself less and less each week. Just start by deleting one can or one glass a week.
And, anyway, now I'm addicted to coffee :p
It's hard to give up diet drinks! I've been swapping most of my sweetened diet soda put for seltzer, and it's working well. I find I have to add ice to seltzer or lemon water to really enjoy it, even though I drank diet coke at any temperature! I had a glass of diet coke last night with dinner, and it didn't really appeal to me any more. It tasted kind of tinny. And even when I was little I used to sneak sips from my mom's diet drinks because I liked the taste! So stick with it for two weeks, then try a sweetened soda again. You may find you just don't like it any more!
