I have almond milk every morning in my shake. Should I now not eat almonds as a snack during the day?
Hi Cookie - where did this limit of 13 almonds per day come from? Just curious. Yes, you can have almond milk and it won't be detrimental to your nutrition program. Almond milk is pretty benign when it comes to nutrition. It's there mostly for flavor and to add a greater viscosity to your shake than water does. Almond milk is also fortified with calcium and magnesium, so drink up!
