I have been eating gluten free, but have learned its not the same as wheat free. I am doing ok by eating gluten free productsa?

    Not necessarily. Do they have soy/dairy/etc.? Are they really low in sugar?

    Most of the time things like gluten free pasta use rice flour - which is technically OK but I would think there are better choices out there.
