I have noticed there is a lot of fat in the Ignite recipes. Is this bad?
I have been tracking my food consumption on Daily Burn Tracker even though it isn't necessary. I am just curious to see what it comes out to be. Usually, a daily consumption of a shake, a salad, and an Ignite recipe dinner comes out to around 60g of fat in a day. Is this problematic?by: evammentorp
Hi, great question! Fat in the diet is actually not bad for you, especially if you are cutting down on your carb intake. The USDA says that under 65g is allowed for the typical adult, however, many people have found that they can consume more fat while they lower their carb intake and lose body fat faster than simply cutting calories.
