I have real serious allergy issues so is there a way to "tweak" ignite to fit my needs?
I am being honest when I say I have serious allergy issues. I am allergic to nuts, fruits, fish, and uncooked vegetables. Basically an ingredient that's part of every diet plan. Is there anyway to substitute products so I can use Ignite and ultimately eat healthier?by: dev2real
I was concerned as well before I started. I have an allergy to tree nuts so I was concerned about the almond milk and flour. I also have it with raw carrots, celery & sometimes apples. I found that after I eat almond butter I have no reaction. The same with when I have cooked vegetables. From what I heard when certain foods are heated at high temperatures, it removes the allergen. Not saying this will work for you, but I can drink almond milk just fine and use almond flour. I usually will wash my veggies and steam them for a few minutes to partially cook them. So in the case of shredded carrots, I steam them whole first then shred them.You can always try coconut milk or rice milk instead. You can eat plenty of lean meat like chicken, turkey and lean pork or sirloin instead of the fish. I hope this helps.
