I have trouble breathing through out a workout.

  • Do you guys have any tips to help me breath smoothly through out a work so I can make it to the end?

    I have always heard that its good to take deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try to breath deeply into your diaphram so that you feel the air in your belly area. It doesnt feel natural to breathe like that, and you kind of have to keep reminding yourself to breathe, but it should get you enough oxygen so that you dont feel lightheaded. :)
