I just completed my first Tabata 1 exercise and I felt a bit nauseous/light headed after. Any suggestions on how to prevent this?
You might be experiencing low blood sugar or just over exertion the first round. It happened to me when I first started. Your totally normal, I promise! But take it easy and move slowly into the exercises. If you feel dizzy again, just pause the workout take a 60 second rest and then ease back into the video. I typically have something light about 30-45 minute before I work out. A small glass of OJ or a 1/2 of a granola bar helps me during the peaks of the workout.
