I just completed True Beginner program and loved it. What program do people recommend to do next?
So glad to hear you've completed 'True Beginner'. The next program subscribers then move onto is the 'Cardio Sculpt' or 'Total Cardio' series which include 6 workouts a week with Yoga on the 7th day.

Cardio Sculpt is probably a good idea, but if it gets difficult and too frustrating, maybe do a second True Beginner. I had to go back to it because I found I took too many days off of Cardio Sculpt when I started getting frustrated, and I think I wasn't
