I just started DB. I have been jumping around trying different work outs. Should I just be following 1 category at a time.
You can do either ... but with some advice
If you're very active and have been working out for a long time and understand how your body works and how it responds to exercise then by all means use the videos as and adjunct to what you do everyday
But if you are new to exercise or haven't been getting the results you've wanted from your routines then I'd suggest hitting one of the programs and sticking to it til the end .... I'll bet you'll be surprised by the results
I also jump around. It depends on how I am feeling that day based on my working schedule. I think DB should be set up so we can skip around and still keep track of the days we actually log in and exercise. Cuts down on even more boredom.
