I know this is for questions, but I have to share
I just finished my third rendition of Hydraulic Lower Body. The first time the workout KICKED MY BUTT. I felt so down after the first try- I had to do all the beginner modifications. My second try I told myself 'slow and steady' and I did about half and half with mods. This time I didn't have to do any beginner modifications. I did the workout start to finish and I'm so proud of myself! So if any of you are doubting your journey, I say hang in there! It's so worth it!by: ErinP123
