I'm confused by the apps. Should we track meals with the Daily Burn app or the Ignite app?
It seems as though we track workouts just by doing them and they're automatically counted, but what about walks and other exercise?
Perhaps tracking is optional and we choose our own favorite method?

The Ignite app is the best way to keep a diary of the foods you eat, as well as monitor your Balance points. There isn't really 'tracking' involved in Ignite, but more of a visual reminder and a way to monitor your intake of the 'evil 6'. Our original product, DailyBurn Tracker, is not connected with the Ignite app or DailyBurn Workout app.
