I'm doing TBT. If I can't keep up with the reps, should I repeat the workout or move on to the next one.
Have you tried taking the easier modifications?
If I can't make the reps at the easier modification I pause it for a few seconds. If you're already familiar with the set you can even get a few reps head start on the next one. Over time your speed will improve and it won't be an issue.
