i'm going to have foot surgery on 2/26/13,therefore no standing weight bearing exercises,what exercises can i do sitting down?

    you can do a bunch of upper body work with weights while sitting down! Curls, presses, front raises. even doing leg extension with no weight while sitting in the chair will help activate the quad and hamstring just really focus on flexing the muscle. This will help with muscle memory when you start to come back!
