I'm new and have done the True Beginner Program twice. What is the recommended next Program for an older out-of-shape man?
The next program subscribers then move onto is the 'Cardio Sculpt' series which is a longer program (3 months, 6 workouts a week with Yoga on the 7th day).
If 'Cardio Sculpt' isn't yet quite right for you, we checked in with Justin on what his recommendations are for those who finished 'True Beginner' but need to stay with the program. He said that going back to 'True Beginner' is just fine if 'Cardio Sculpt' is a bit too challenging. In going back to 'True Beginner' he asks that you find those moments where you were really challenged, and work on those. If you over-modified or took a lot of breaks, try it again without the modifications and breaks. Justin also suggests that you simply head out the door to do the kinds of activities you weren't capable of doing before going through the 'True Beginner' program. If not, you can always go back.
