I'm not ready to start the DIET but would like to start the excersize, how can I do this without "ignite"?
I did the same thing, started the workouts without the diet. I do have to say, I really didn't see any improvement until I started Ignite. I was just staying the same weight/size and not going anywhere because I didn't have my diet under control. Obviously I don't know what kind of food plan you have going on, but I would definitely recommend using some sort of diet plan or tracker to go along with the exercises. You don't have to choose Ignite (although I find it very helpful), but don't end up like me and workout for 3 months for no results. It's very discouraging! Good luck, and I wish you the best!
