I'm on day 7 of 2 challenges, inferno and ignite. I'm also doing couch to 5 k, today is day 5 of my 12 hour work week and I'm exhausted. Is

  • Is it ok to skip a day on inferno, I tried this am, but could not do 100, so I stopped. I've seen results already, any advice?

    Sounds like you may be overtraining (we don't know your physical level before this). Ignite and Inferno by themselves are quite challenging. You might need to scale back your training, set a list of goals, prioritize them, and then adjust your training accordingly. Also, it's okay to take a day off or modify your workout to do only what you can, resting in between. The DB trainers actually encourage this approach. Just don't beat yourself up and don't quit. You've seen results already so it's clearly working.

    I'm not sure where you were before you started your challenges but this is a lot of work! The best advice I can say is take a rest day, do a day of just mobility or yoga to keep your body moving to help it recover better. The best thing is definitely to not give up but to modify it so you can keep going! Hope this helps! Keep up the great work :)
