I'm struggling with the time zones since I live in Asia.

I think the site thinks I'm on US time, so everything is 12 hours off and by noon it is moving me to the next workout.

You currently have your timezone set to EST, so you'd have to change this in your settings to reflect Asia. You can do so from here: https://secure.dailyburn.com/... .
