Yep two alternatives in fact, at least that i know of... Rice Milk and Coconut Milk Beverages, thats the kind in the carton for drinking not the can kind for cooking. They even have some coconut milk based ice creams on the market.

There is also hemp milk that is very good.
Oh yep i forgot hemp milk, but cant get that where i live so guess i forget about it.
My son has a nut allergy, so we use oat milk most of the time. It's sweeter (naturally) and thicker than rice milk.
I went to the store and looked at the canned coconut milk and it is really high in fat- 22g for a cup, verses 3.5 g for almond milk!! Do you think the rice milk is too much in carbs?
Rice milk is great, but it does have a lot of carbs. I use canned coconut milk in my shakes, but I use half of the amount that I would use for almond milk, and add water for the other half. Fat is ok to eat on Ignite, and I would choose a higher fat meal over a higher carb meal for weight loss purposes.
Yeah not the canned coconut milk..they make coconut milk beverage...it comes in a carton like almond milk or soy milk or any other kinda milk alternative...way less fat, not as thick etc.
I just had a pretty awful experience after eating 30 raw almonds with breakfast. Restricted airway, chest pain, vomiting ... I thought I was going to die. Thanks for the tips.
What can I use for the almond butter?
Cashew butter is my fav!
Peanuts are not tree nuts so would peanut butter work for you? Just make your own or look for a no sugar one or all natural.
