I've been on IntelliBurn since the beginning of the year and am thinking of switching to Inferno to shed the pounds a little quicker.

Inferno is pretty difficult if you aren't already in good shape. Just be ready for it. I started it and had to take a break from it because of the pace.

I started with Inferno, love love loved it! But it is hard! I have been actively working out 5 to 6 days a week for the last 10 years, I have done P90X, Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, and honestly Inferno was the hardest workout program I have ever done! It did deliver some amazing results, the best I have ever gotten! But be ready to get your butt kicked, you do need to be in a decently good amount of shape for this, or go try TBT first, then Inferno. Good luck! :)

I wanted quick results after sitting on the couch for a very long time. Inferno is hard, I have to modify but it is so worth it. Once this 21 days is over, I am starting over, stronger and better. If you want it, its there but be prepared!
