I was unable to get internet access for 2 days and now i am sick
I missed 2 days during Inferno, but I just picked up where I left off. So I just have to remember each day to do the workout from 2 days ago. (So tempting to do Recovery Yoga when MetCon 2 is really what I should be doing *sigh*). Start your first day back with something E A S Y, then if that feels too easy, you're ready to jump back in. If it felt hard, then stick with easy workouts till your energy level is back to normal.
Seems to me you could restart my selecting another program of workouts and then switch back. Some people might not like this idea, but in my humble opinion and for me, I think it is best to just be working out.
Well technically you will have missed a few workouts depending on the program your on it shouldnt make a difference in the grand scheme of your workouts. I only work out every other day on my program, yet the program gives me a new workout every day. If you choose another program then go back and choose your program again it will start you off from day one again, so depending on where you are it may be better for you to just have missed the two days, especially if your on intelliburn as resetting i think will clear all your workout opinions. Basically setting it back to default day one of a non-customized program.
