I work 3rd shift: when should I work out and when/what should I eat?
The answer to your first question is really whenever you can
I've had schedules where I worked out at 8 9 10 o'clock at night and then as I have now schedules where I have to workout at 5 am
Eating is different ... what you eat depends on what you want to do with your body and if you wanna lose weight or maintain
When you eat will depend on you workout schedule
You don't want to have a meal at least an hour or two before a workout ... better that its 2 hours before
because you'll not feel comfortable and you body will not respond to the workout or to the calories properly
