I work nights 7p-7a, what is the best way to keep the food log, when my days start at night and my nights start in the morning?
I'm a newbie to daily burn, but I've been a night-shifter for several years... When I track my food and workouts I start with my first meal as breakfast on the day I wake up (no matter what time) and track the remaining meals as I go through my day, and end when I sleep (again, no matter what time.) I do the same with my workouts..... (ie. I wake up at 1pm on the 25th, I track my first meal as breakfast on the 25th, and and even though I may not eat dinner until 3am at work on the 26th, I still track it as my dinner on the 25th.) It's what works best for me!
