I workout 3 days a week. I start with 30-45 minutes on the elliptical followed by 15 reps of the following :
Lat pull downs, bench press, bicep curls, incline bench press, military press, tricep extensions, pec dec. I end with 60-100 situps (half lower, half upper abs). Can I continue on this routine with the Ignite supplements?by: mgarven
