I would like to find friends on here

  • I would like to find friends on here that are beginners. I wish there was categories in the community for beginners like me. I would also like to have supporters who are at the same level I am and are dealing with the same problems.

    Hi Marixel,

I just started the program 3 days ago. I wouldn't say I am a beginner since I have already dropped 30lbs on my own. I am more than willing to help you out with your goals with any advice and/or support.

That's really awesome to have dropped 30lbs already! Good job! I have been bouncing between 4-10lbs. The other day I actually completed my first DailyBurn video and the squats have killed my thighs for a few days. But I'm still moving them so that the pain of the soreness doesn't slow me down!

Thanks Marixel. It has been a 6 month journey since I started. Yesterday I did my first video too, I did the Animal Core, that was intensive. Keep it up, one day at a time. The most important aspect of getting fit is nutrition, you can lose weight by just eating the right food at the right portion.

I am new here. Not new to working out really, because I had it all figured out before. But I let life get in the way and now I have gained about twenty pounds that need to come back off. I am new to this site. And I have tried just about every site from weight watchers to the bodybugg, beachbody, and now this.

      Hi Mainmama,

It will just take some time and commitment to lose those pounds and more. I would say nutrition is the most important part of it. I dropped about 30lbs in 6 months with daily cardio workouts and a good diet. I try to eat as clean as possible and make all my meals. It's not easy but at the same time it is not hard, it can be done, you just have to be focused and determined to reach you goals! You can do it!
