I would love to try Ignite, but I'm vegetarian!
Any suggestions on how I could take part in the program since I can't eat any of the allowed protein sources...and soy and dairy are out.....?????

Being on Ignite is certainly doable in your case, and the good news is you DON'T need to start eating meat, poultry, or fish. We have an entire article on what protein-rich foods to eat while Ignite if you are a vegetarian here: http://dailyburn.com/articles... .
You can still so Ignite as a vegetarian. I suggest getting a good quality vegan protein powder, then getting your protein from beans, eggs, lentils. nuts, and quinoa.
