If i am in a program and do extra workouts how do i put that into my calendar or how much i workout?
I just started the beginning program and did my first workout which I loved and did awesome in. Then I went to the discover button and did a routine from Move and loved that too. Since I burned all those extra calories is there a place for me to add that into my total for the day?crd1502 by:
I've been using the daily burn tracker app. for my extra workouts. It's also super convenient to track nutrition. I'm mostly worried about having enough protein in my diet and the program does a great job in helping me track that.
