If one of the goals for Ignite is to see if we're sensitive to gluten and/or dairy, what if we find out that we're not sensitive?
If we find out through experimentation that we don't feel bad effects from eating gluten or dairy, why would they continue on our list of "evil" foods? Not everyone is sensitive to these food categories.by: excelrn
I agree, if you are already aware of your sensitivities these are just items for significant moderation. I use a modified form of this for my plan because I do not need an extreme change and have a good grasp of appropriate nutrition.
