If you interrupt your program is it better to start back where you left off, start over, or pick up where the program is at now?
I started Inferno the same week I was racing in a triathlon. I did the program M-W, and then rested Th and Fri to avoid sore muscles on race day. I ran and did a short core workout on Saturday and competed on Sunday, so now I'm ready to return to Inferno without any upcoming interruptions. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas if it's better to start over, pick back up where I left off or keep going as though the other workouts were done? Thanksby: ahallene
