If you replay a workout does it move your calendar forward?
I just started True Beginner today and am wondering if I can do some of the workouts twice a day without advancing the calendar. I'm coming back to working out after sustaining an illness that kept me fairly sedate except for long daily walks. After todays workout I noticed that about 3/4 of it was pretty easy but I don't feel I'm ready for a more advanced program yet.by: Esme
No. I have replayed some of the videos and the calendar keeps going as planned.
